Perfect Raceway Program

Marray's Patented Dor-Cor Drilling tool comes with one custom high speed 59 inch drill bit and a custom blow molded case. The tool is made from aircraft aluminum and was engineered to precise tolerances to allow for a Perfect Raceway hole to be drilled to within 1/4 inch of center from the hinge side of the door to the lock side. This high speed drill bit is custom manufactured for Marray and can be used in steel, mineral core and wood doors. The shank is 5/16th of an inch in diameter with the drill head being 3/8th inches in diameter. This is to allow for the wood chips to be easily evacuated from the hole and requires less effort when drilling. Bit has a wire pull hole, so you can simply drill, attach your wire and pull it through.

Successful graduates of the Perfect Raceway class will be able to purchase door labels to affix to doors that have been modified under the Perfect Raceway Program. Cost of the label is $40 and must be purchased in block units of ten minimum. Each label is tamper resistant and serialized. Click on the photo to the left for more information.
